What we do

We become a part of your team with collaboration as our key driver - the best way to succeed is to work together to achieve your business goals.

We make your organisation stand out from the rest by providing accurate responses with a focus on being technically correct - getting you through to the next stage and ultimate success.

Following our bespoke '5-Step Bid Management Process', we instigate a kick-off meeting with your team and schedule a series of milestone dates and review meetings with key people and stakeholders in your organisation.

We analyse the procurement documents and carry out research into the buyer's organisation, business sector, company culture, regulatory environment and other issues; to ascertain their high-level drivers and provide the right supporting documentation, evidence and case studies.

We will request relevant information and methodologies from within your business and then begin to draft the responses based on this accumulated knowledge.

Progress is informed with our bespoke 'Bid Tracker' as a scheduling and communications tool, outlining all actions, owners and the review cycle. We operate with the utmost discretion to protect your business interests at all times.

A proven and winning formula!
